A legal staffing and recruiting firm is in need of a Remote Trust Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Transfering trusteeships from one trustee to another
- Working with local counsel to oversee production of necessary documents
- Reviewing documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some familiarity with judicial actions
- Some familiarity with orders removing and appointing trustees
- Must have a JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one state or territory of the US
