Job Summary
A non-profit travel network has an open position for a Remote TST Help Desk Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering extraordinary customer service
- Providing Members with all necessary instruction to navigate all areas of the Travel website
- Properly answering and accurately processesing incoming telephone calls and e-mails
Qualifications for this position include:
- A 6-8 week paid in office training program in our Hamilton, NJ location
- 2 to 4 years of travel experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems,
