Job Summary

A non-profit travel network has an open position for a Remote TST Help Desk Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering extraordinary customer service
  • Providing Members with all necessary instruction to navigate all areas of the Travel website
  • Properly answering and accurately processesing incoming telephone calls and e-mails

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A 6-8 week paid in office training program in our Hamilton, NJ location
  • 2 to 4 years of travel experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems,
