An education company has a current position open for a Remote Tutoring Instructional Design Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Spearheading the technical design of learning experiences offered to our tutors
- Assessing data and training feedback to analyze the impact of learning
- Developing project plans including needs assessments, prototyping, feedback, and iteration
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree in instructional design or learning experience design
- 3+ years minimum experience as an instructional designer
- Strong skills in developing experiences using course authoring tools
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Experience with video creation, editing, and graphic design
- Micro-credentialing, badging, and certification experience
