Job Summary
An educational technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tutoring Site Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting school leaders in analyzing student achievement data in order to identify students for tutoring
- Directly engaging with school leaders in order to plan, organize, and support implementation of a high-impact tutoring program
- Developing trusting relationships with school leaders in order to prioritize high-impact tutoring within the school schedule
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience implementing school-wide programs
- 1+ years of experience in a school leadership role
- 3+ years of PK-12 school based experience
- Experience successfully coaching educators
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Science of Reading in early literacy
- Proficient with technology (GoogleMeets, Google docs, Google platforms)
