Job Summary

A school district is seeking a Virtual Teacher for the Visually Impaired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for visually impaired students
• Provide specialized instruction in various subjects tailored to accommodate visual impairments
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
• Certification in Teaching for the Visually Impaired or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with visually impaired students and understanding their unique learning needs
• Familiarity with braille and tactile learning methods
• At least two years of school/pediatric experience and tech-savvy skills
