Job Summary

Connecting customers with essential services, the full-time Remote U-Box Sales Agent will manage inbound calls, facilitate reservations, and provide exceptional customer service while working 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls to assist with U-Box reservations and inquiries
• Follow defined guidelines and scripts to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to enhance skills and product knowledge

Required qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate business software applications
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during specified hours, including weekends and holidays
• Access to a personal home computer and necessary equipment that meets technical specifications
