Job Summary

A consulting company that provides information technology and business solutions is seeking a Remote UC Voice Engineer Tier 4.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and maintaining integrity of the multi-vendor UC solution
  • Working with the Avaya, Cisco and technical staff
  • Coordinating lifecycle configuration changes to include updates and service patches

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work both remotely and Onsite in Washington DC
  • US Citizen with ability to pass a Public Trust type background check with fingerprinting and drug screening
  • Bachelor of Science in appropriate Engineering or Computer Science discipline
  • Possession of Avaya and Cisco Industry recognized UC certifications
  • 10+ years UC architecture, design and engineering support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Subject matter expert with Avaya and Cisco Unified Communication and Contact Center environment solutions
