Job Summary
A software development company specializing in solutions for the health and life sciences industries has an open position for a Remote UI Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing visually elegant websites and web-based applications that are intuitive and easy to use
- Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years UI experience
- Demonstrated UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience creating high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Balsamiq, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
