Job Summary
A Women-Owned and Operated Business that empowers women in the workplace has a current position open for a Remote UI UX Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years
- Can provide sample work demonstrating experience creating end-to-end user-centered design solutions and patterns
- Need to be able to fully understand what is being proposed without relying on a meeting or discussion in which the design is presented
- Experience designing SaaS products & features & translating abstract & technical concepts into elegant, easy-to-use user interfaces
- Able to produce and iterate on multiple design explorations to arrive at a robust solution that accounts for complex requirements
