Job Summary

A digital marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote UK General Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading multiple acquisition strategies while effectively tracking, analyzing and iterating upon the results
• Hiring and developing a team of strong Partnerships Managers and Marketing Managers across multiple product categories
• Leading thinking and analysis to help us better understand buyer/seller needs

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience working in partnerships and marketing
• Are scrappy and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and limited guidance
• Are an extraordinary leader with experience hiring, managing, and developing a team
• Have experience working on a marketplace or two-sided platform
