Job Summary

Focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management support, the part-time Remote UKG Support Analyst will manage day-to-day user support for scheduling, timekeeping, and timeclock/hardware issues across multiple community locations and a corporate office.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide daily support for UKG Pro WFM, particularly in scheduling and timekeeping
  • Assist users with scheduling workflows, reporting inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation
  • Communicate effectively to resolve user questions via calls, email, and support channels
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro WFM / UKG Workforce Management
  • Strong background in advanced scheduling, preferably in senior living or healthcare environments
  • Experience with timekeeping and troubleshooting end-user issues
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to support
