Job Summary
Focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management support, the part-time Remote UKG Support Analyst will manage day-to-day user support for scheduling, timekeeping, and timeclock/hardware issues across multiple community locations and a corporate office.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support for UKG Pro WFM, particularly in scheduling and timekeeping
- Assist users with scheduling workflows, reporting inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation
- Communicate effectively to resolve user questions via calls, email, and support channels
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro WFM / UKG Workforce Management
- Strong background in advanced scheduling, preferably in senior living or healthcare environments
- Experience with timekeeping and troubleshooting end-user issues
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to support
