Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote UM Administration Coordinator 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying work expectations and quality standards
- Providing non-clinical support for the policies and procedures
- Ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient and/or experience with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environmentand
- Minimum 1 year administrative or technical systems and relative process support experience
- Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office
