Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote UM Administration Coordinator 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying work expectations and quality standards
  • Providing non-clinical support for the policies and procedures
  • Ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proficient and/or experience with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environmentand
  • Minimum 1 year administrative or technical systems and relative process support experience
  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office
