A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Underpayment Resolution Team Leader in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring inventory by running appropriate reports and contacting insurance companies to resolve claims
- Providing introductory and ongoing training and education to staff
- Identifying problem accounts and escalates as appropriate
