Job Summary
A social media company has an open position for a Remote Underrepresented Leaders Learning Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing innovative and agile learning strategies to support the effectiveness of our leaders globally
- Serving as our programmatic lead for all our leader programs that support our URP leaders
- Building out of additional tools, content, and offerings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 12+ years experience in Learning and Development function
- 10+ years Training Program Facilitation experience
- 10+ years Organizational Design and Consulting experience
- 10+ years experience in Instructional Design and Program Development
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Knowledge with the online technology industry and demands it places on HR professionals, including L&D
