Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent underwriting experience in ground-up construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans
• Experience with investor non-owner-occupied underwriting
• Background in working with a Private Money lender
• Strong recent construction underwriting experience is essential
