Job Summary
A software and recruitment company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Underwriter III in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our guidelines, as well as policies and procedures
- Reviewing and calculating all income types, including complicated tax returns
- Maintain minimum file requirements as well as condition turn-times as set forth by management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Five plus years of Mortgage Underwriting experience required
- FHA CHUMS ID preferred
- VA LAPP/SAR preferred
- Jumbo/Non-QM experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
