Job Summary

A global insurance and risk management firm is seeking a Remote Underwriter Transformation and Automation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearheading the identification and design of future capabilities
  • Influencing decision making on additional technologies
  • Coordinating multiple business work streams

Required Skills:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance Underwriting Leadership
  • Strong/relevant experience in underwriting transformation and automation
  • Experience identifying structural issues and organization
  • Experience in planning and deploying either business or IT initiatives
  • Familiarity with underwriting pricing and modeling concepts and tools
  • Project Management experience
