Job Summary
A property and casualty insurance company is seeking a Remote Underwriting Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Initiate data entry into underwriting workbooks and systems
- Retrieve reports and other data from various sites
- Assist in the verification of proper documentation regarding coverage and limits prior to completing transactions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of insurance processes and procedures with emphasis on casualty lines of business
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self directed, strong organizational skills
- Solid computer skills including Word, Excel: E-mail and Internet Based Technology
- Solid verbal and written communication, as well as, math skills
