Remote Underwriting Associate Vice President

Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Underwriting Associate Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as a direct escalation point for Ops, Sales and Underwriting
• Maintaining a working knowledge of new government regulations and real estate laws
• Ensuring that the Underwriting Department performs to company set standard productivity and customer service levels

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately type and average of 40 WPM
• 2 plus years of experience processing delinquent loans for bankruptcy or bankruptcy
• Current, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
