Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Underwriting Audit Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and perform internal and external audits
- Analyze existing coverages, classes and exposures
- Recommend improvements in underwriting policies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of property and casualty underwriting experience, or related experience
- Audit related experience may be counted towards meeting this experience requirement
- Excellent understanding of the underwriting function and commercial lines of business
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards
