Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Underwriting Call Center Support Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties to support underwriting and customer requests
  • Receive, analyze and process interview requests from the underwriter
  • Receive, analyze and process medical records requests from the underwriter

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Employees in remote roles may occasionally travel to an office or elsewhere for required meetings
  • Able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess and understand the needs of the customer
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Strong knowledge/skill/understanding of computer systems such as email and data entry
