Job Summary

A mortgage services company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriting Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for all team personnel actions
  • Manage underwriting team members and assist them in making decisions on underwriting files
  • Provide analysis of work flows and time management for team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in the mortgage industry with minimum of five years Underwriting management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Intimate working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA program guidelines
  • FHA DE required
