Job Summary
A mortgage services company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for all team personnel actions
- Manage underwriting team members and assist them in making decisions on underwriting files
- Provide analysis of work flows and time management for team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 5-7 years of experience in the mortgage industry with minimum of five years Underwriting management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Intimate working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA program guidelines
- FHA DE required
