Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Underwriting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Underwriters to provide daily support and training
- Respond to escalations regarding credit questions and provide answers and resolutions
- Motivate and coach underwriters to achieve goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of mortgage credit experience including 5+ years in management
- Experience underwriting non-QM loans is required
- Expert in manual underwriting
- Expert in analyzing complex income documentation
