A financial company is in need of a Remote Underwriting Managing Director in Madison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the effective assessment of financial risk by underwriting associates
- Ensuring that underwriting associates understand departmental goals
- Managing the workflow, procedures and appropriate training and education of the underwriting team
Position Requirements Include:
- Mid to large team management experience
- Experience coaching and developing staff for bench strength
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions on exceptions
- Ability to handle escalations
- Must have Direct Endorsement Certification
