A long-term care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Underwriting Scheduling Supervisor in Eden Prairie.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supervising the daily performance of the scheduling team
• Identifying and managing staffing and training deficiencies
• Conducting regular analysis of employee progresses

Required Skills:

• High School degree or equivalent
• 3 years previous office and customer service experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience within a business environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
