Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is seeking a Remote Underwriting Supervisor in Sacramento.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring adherence to Underwriting turn time as posted
- Ensuring all Conditions are reviewed as posted
- Conducting monthly audits of 10% of each Underwriter in your Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of FHA and Conventional loan program guidelines
- DE Certification a must
- 3-5 years recent supervisory or management experience in residential mortgage underwriting required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
