Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriting Support Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide manual rates to the Sales and Underwriting teams for new business and renewals
  • Provide initial quotes to ancillary requests within allowable limits
  • Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks around frequency

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
