Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriting Support Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide manual rates to the Sales and Underwriting teams for new business and renewals
- Provide initial quotes to ancillary requests within allowable limits
- Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks around frequency
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
