Job Summary
A full service lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Underwriting Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the Underwriting Manager to resolve underwriting problems, questions and concerns
- Elevating issues of deficient performance or unacceptable behavior in a timely manner
- Auditing statused loans to ensure consistency in underwriting amongst associates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient with all responsibilities of an Underwriter
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 4-7 years mortgage underwriting experience
