Job Summary
A mortgage investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Underwriting Training Manager in Horsham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate test files for staff and provides actionable feedback
- Develop and acting as SME on all internal training projects
- Develop and maintain all internal UW trainings as updates to process occur
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel will be required when reasonable, negotiable based on current environment, travel is not expected during pandemic conditions-TBD. 25%
- Minimum of 6-10 years' mortgage banking experience
- Minimum of 6-10 years' experience in an underwriting role
