A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Unemployment Claims Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing individual case information by reviewing data
- Responding to customers or state agencies
- Initiating timely telephone calls, faxes, or emails
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- Customer service related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Experience dealing with dated material and or strict adherence to deadlines
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and work under deadlines
