Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Unemployment Claims Business Development Manager in Philadelphia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to process assorted claims for callers
  • Fielding unemployment related claims
  • Assisting customers with processing/investigating/tracking claims

Required Skills:

  • The length of their independent contract is between 4-6 months
  • Training takes place over 3-4 days and must be completed in full
