Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Unemployment Claims Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Updating claim information
- Answering calls related to unemployment claims
- Assisting with filing of new claims
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Hard-wired Internet connection to your router (must be able to prove)
- High speed, broadband Internet (no satellite, hot spot, or shared Wi-Fi connections)
- A mailing address in Illinois where letters and packages can be safely accepted
- A 7-year, limited, criminal history background check
