Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Unidata Database Administrator in Chattanooga.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day support for Unidata database
- Providing database administration for a variety of mission-critical custom and packaged software applications
- Designing storage strategies around backup and recovery for complex database environments
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of Unidata with strong AIX/Linux background
- 3+ years of strong LINUX background
- 3+ years of scripting experience
- Understand the systems development process and have a solid understanding of business processes
- Proven analytic skills, strong judgment and works effectively with others
- Demonstrated diagnostic skills
