Job Summary
An insurance holding company is filling a position for a Remote Universal Life Projections Director and Actuary.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing deep-dives into UL product specifications and corresponding model functionality
- Supporting version upgrade to latest MG-ALFA version
- Performing cellular and aggregate level testing to understand and confirm model functionality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Science, Actuarial Science, Business/Finance, IT, Engineering
- 5 + years of life insurance experience, preferably UL focused
- Knowledge of UL regulatory environment (e.g., Statutory Reserves, CFT)
- Programming experience (e.g., SAS, VBA)
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics software (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire)
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively in a team environment
