Job Summary
A learning institution has a current position open for a Remote University Business Operations Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the management of assigned internal business processes
- Executing against an established marketing plan
- Serving as the liaison between the company and its outsourced marketing and communications partner
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing/communications role
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Suite
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with focus on customer service
- Experience in publishing and updating website content via a content management system
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders to execute projects
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing management tools
