Job Summary
A university that provides onsite and online education services is in need of a Remote University Call Center Agent.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming calls with questions related to various University-wide resources, policies, and procedures
- Keep up-to-date on information
- Log details of each call to provide accurate data points
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to respond to challenging situations and questions
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and balance multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment
