A university that provides onsite and online education services is in need of a Remote University Call Center Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming calls with questions related to various University-wide resources, policies, and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date on information
  • Log details of each call to provide accurate data points

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to respond to challenging situations and questions
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and balance multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment
