Job Summary

A public research university is seeking a Remote University Information Technology Services Application Customer Relationship Management Administrator .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for the design, development, configuration, daily administration of the Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud
• Contributing on Salesforce Cloud engagements, spanning the standard project lifecycle through implementation
• Customizing fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce
• Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Visualforce, Apex and Lightning Components
• Knowledge of relational databases, master data management, data backup and recovery
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical experts and non-technical users and management
• Strong oral & written communication, customer relationship and interpersonal skills
