Job Summary
A private research university is seeking a Remote University Principal Relationship Manager.
Must be able to:
- Guide/Lead customer automation journey
- Manage strategic partnerships with customers
- Own customer issue management and escalation, serving as main coordination point with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years relevant experience
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership
- Applies understanding of the departmental work to effectively manage resources for a department/area
- Demonstrates strong understanding of the information or data to identify and elevate opportunities
- Demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short-term challenges
- Views difficult situations and/or problems as opportunities for improvement
