Job Summary
A cloud-based design platform provider is seeking a Remote University Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Constructing creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top junior talent
- Managing full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
- Managing referrals and candidates from investor relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness and ability to travel for campus/regional events (when safe to do so)
- Ability to manage multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on all initiatives
- Proven track record and passion for creating inclusive practices across all university functions
- At least two years of full-cycle university recruiting experience with a deep understanding of the university lifecycle
