Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote University Senior Compensation Analyst or Compensation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consult with managers and HR Business Partners on the development of organization structures
  • Review classification or reclassification requests from a variety of sources for compliance
  • Recommend job classification/reclassification for approval to appointing authority

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field; or, equivalent combination
  • Five years experience inhuman resources department, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced skill in  Excel and Word
  • Skill in use of  human resource information systems, report writing, and Web tools
  • Knowledge of general compensation practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the community
