A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Unlicensed Behavioral Health Triage EAP Consultant in Coos Bay.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying high-risk cases and responds as indicated under the direction of management
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of user's need for core EAP and work/life services
• Documenting cases into the system

Qualifications Include:

• Masters degree, 1-3 years of clinical or healthcare work experience required or equivalent
• Able to monitor research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users/customers
• Can perform follow up calls and reporting as necessary
