A property and casualty insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Unrepresented Complex Injury Adjuster.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Summarizing liability decision and evaluate injury claim value
- Documenting claims through active listening and using data to investigate and assess claim coverage
- Using data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 + years Third party Casualty injury handling and evaluating experience
- Have a bachelor’s degree and/or prior customer service experience
- Feel comfortable working within the Microsoft Office Suite and would be excited to learn new technology
- Have the capability to handle moderate, severe, and complex injuries that occur in auto and motorcycle accidents
