Job Summary

A healthcare services company has a current position open for a Remote Urgentivist Extender Field Registered Nurse in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Visit patients in their homes to address urgent medical needs and help them avoid unnecessary hospitalizations
• Collaborate with the supervising company provider by phone or video to determine the appropriate evaluation and care
• Evaluate patient health while educating and providing treatments

Position Requirements Include:

• Completion of Registered Nurse accredited program
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• 1+ years of experience evaluating, assessing and providing patient care
