An intellectual property law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote US and Foreign Patent Prosecution Assistant in Chicago.

• Helping with client and attorney management
• Drafting/filing documents/forms
• E-filing through EFS and ePCT

Required Skills:

• Understand U.S., PCT, Foreign, and National Stage patent deadlines
• Experience handling administrative actions in patent applications
• 1 year of intellectual property law office experience in a similar position
• Experience entering time/bills and invoicing in QuickBooks
