Job Summary

A Intellectual Property law firm has an open position for a Remote US and Foreign Patent Prosecution Assistant in Irvine.

Must be able to:

• Draft/file documents/forms; e-filing through EFS and ePCT
• Correspond with clients, foreign counsels, and patent offices, prepare formals and create response shells
• Draft Information Disclosure Statements; docketing

Required Skills:

• Understand U.S., PCT, and National Stage deadlines
• Experience handling administrative actions in patent applications for both US & foreign
• At least 1 year of intellectual property law office experience in a similar position
• Experience entering time/bills and invoicing in QuickBooks (or similar program)
