Job Summary

Experienced Controllers will find a full-time or part-time remote opportunity focused on leading accounting relationships, mentoring bookkeeping teams, and improving financial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients
• Review and analyze financial statements while providing guidance and problem-solving support
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in workflows and operational processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• Experience in client accounting services (CAS) or outsourced/public accounting
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients or entities
• Experience leading accounting operations or month-end close functions
