Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote US Controller.
Must be able to:
- Prepare US Subsidiary financial statements under US GAAP (Monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Ensure compliance with US regulation including Federal tax return, state tax return, sales tax, payroll benefits etc
- Participate in & support audit process with auditors including the provision of WP's as required
Qualifications for this position include:
- CPA (US) or a demonstrated experience working as a controller in the US
- Strong US compliance knowledge
- Controller/Assistant Controller in a Hi-Tech company
- Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP
- Previous experience working with an Israeli company is highly preferred
