Job Summary
A humanitarian and development NGO has a current position open for a Remote US Finance and Grants Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as liaison between field, US Leadership and Corporate Finance in creating organizational alignment
- Create and facilitate finance training for finance staff and office directors
- Ensure US Programs staff are supported with adequate support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Effective communicator and influencer with ability to clearly convey complex financial issues
- Ability to act independently, manage potentially diverse stakeholder needs and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with remote, cross-cultural teams
- Mature Christian Faith
- 5+ years of finance, accounting or grants management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar discipline
