Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote US Oncology Marketing Agile Lead Director.

Must be able to:

  • Support the realization of Agile ways of working within the US Oncology commercial teams
  • Manage the development and resourcing of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
  • Coach, support and serve as a resource for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Agile leadership experience with proven Agile roles and facilitation skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct-line people management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and/or supporting organizational transformation
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in commercial or marketing roles
  • Strong analytical, communications, and Microsoft Office skills
