Job Summary

A translation and localization company is in need of a Remote USA English Creative Language Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Build out data structure for situations that a chatbot might address in Financial Services and Media Cable
• Write a series of utterances that are representative of how people speak and test
• Design conversations between a human and chatbot

Required Skills:

• Native level language skills - written and spoken
• Ability to follow nuanced linguistic instructions
• Ability to hit demanding deadlines by learning how to work in efficient way
• Rich vocabulary, knowledge of local-market conditions, local-market slang and texting usage
• Extensive knowledge in local-market financial and media/cable domains as they relate to customer service
• Efficient online research skills university degree
